At CrossFit Forged (Vaalpark and Vanderbijlpark), we honour the philosophy of the original CrossFit®. We believe that CrossFit can help your whole life. We train to be generally physically prepared for the known and unknown. The workouts are different every day and each workout can be scaled to your fitness level so you can maximize results in each 60-minute class.
CrossFit is for anyone, and everyone, who wants to get stronger, leaner, and faster. And we do mean anyone! Our coaches will guide you through each workout and help you improve your form and technique during every class. Forged KIDS
Wouldn’t it be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them? Unfortunately that is impossible. The best we can do is make them strong. Through our kid’s fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence.
Our CrossFit Kids program is for ages 6-13. It focuses on good movement patterns, strength, focus and coordination by using age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. A 45-min session typically consist of a warm-up and skill station, a workout and finishes with a game. In our group setting, your child will be engaged in workouts that will be fun and challenging, while preparing them to be well rounded athletes and humans with a lifelong love of fitness. We love it, and the kids do as well!

Forged STRENGTH
We are VERY excited to introduce our exclusive gym area! If you want to be better at the sport of CrossFit, the Forged Strength programme will make a huge difference in your weightlifting capabilities and training options.
Daily schedules are developed and tested by our coaches, so you’ll have a complete workout programme for your set. If you are not familiar with CrossFit and a regular gym bro, this is a great way for you to continue with your gym schedule and gradually be introduced to the CrossFit methodology.

Forged BOXING
We now offer boxing classes as well!

AMP’D
These workouts are non-stop action from start to finish! It will focus on developing your aerobic capacity and will implement work in the monostructural elements (Rowing, Running, Assault bike, SkiErg, etc) to improve your cardiovascular engine. Higher aerobic capacity benefits us in so many ways: In our CrossFit workouts, strength workouts, in our professional lives, and in our recreational activities. Bring a towel – this one’s sure to get sweaty!

Forged MOBILITY
We encourage all our members to attend a weekly mobility class to increase greater range of motion and flexibility. It is also very beneficial for reducing muscle tension, soreness and decreasing the risk of injury. Learn how to improve your posture and increase the efficiency of any movement. If you want to run faster, jump higher, squat lower, lift weights more efficiently and achieve your ultimate fitness goals, mobility training is a must.

Forged MASTERS
If you’re a masters athlete (50+) and want to keep working on your functional movements, you’re in good hands. Our coaching staff will work with you on all of the different workout options based on your ability and limitations. We will make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of your fitness level or age. If you want to have that extra energy to play with the grandkids and enjoy your retirement this is the class for you. We believe that we can keep ourselves young by surrounding ourselves with things that make us feel young!

Forged FEMME
Women who are body-conscious may feel more relaxed in our private female-only class. It’s about finding a safe space where you can let go and get stronger and healthier in just 45min’s a day. Our aim is to provide a supportive environment with awesome women. This class is at 09:00 and 10:00 daily and is open to women of all ages and skill levels. All you have to do is show up, work hard and get in shape! This is an interactive class that will help to improve your overall strength, power, balance, coordination and stamina while helping you to reduce body fat and get fit.

Introduction classes
Our Introduction classes provide people an opportunity to get comfortable with CrossFit movements. This way new members are able to familiarize themselves with how their body move, any restrictions they may have, and what their fitness level is. This ensures member safety and success as they begin to push themselves in regular classes.

Hyrox
We combine both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.Each race is hosted indoors in expansive exhibition halls, creating an immersive and electrifying race, where your spectators can support you from the very beginning to the very end.This race format remains consistent across the globe, enabling global leader boards & a cumulative World Championships at the end of each race season.Accommodating both professional athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level, HYROX Vanderbijlpark is the sport for everybody.
